MECOTEC created strong buzz at an important networking event in Germany this November. At the Jobmesse Leipzig on November 13th, 2022, the organization was named the best exhibitor among 70 other companies, including well-known industry leaders from fields of logistics, construction, and the public sector. "We are very proud that jobseekers appreciated our cool booth with an electrical cryo chamber and were interested in learning more about our team," said Silvana Lubos, MECOTEC’s HR Manager. Lubos said that some applications have already been received from the job fair, and that the first interviews are already being planned.
In addition to the job offers, MECOTEC's cryo:one, the world's smallest electrically operated cryo chamber, succeeded in creating a lot of visibility into its product line at the exhibition. Several dozen of the almost 3,000 visitors ventured into the -85 °C chamber during the two days of the fair, and many more wanted to learn about the technology. The 8-member team from the Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Production departments gave students, graduates, and professionals a good insight into the work of MECOTEC GmbH in the Leipzig Congress Hall. It was a goal of MECOTEC GmbH to illustrate to jobseekers the product line and company culture. "So far, we have more than 700 cryo chambers in use worldwide in clinics, professional sports clubs, hotels and wellness facilities," Silvana Lubos explained. "Each chamber is made in Bitterfeld-Wolfen with additional team members in Leipzig. We wanted to make our product tangible, and we succeeded.”
